This wedding was an extremely special one to capture. I have known Leah for many years as we went to summer camp together ever since I was a kid (she was even my cabin leader at one point I believe), and she is just the sweetest person I have ever met. She has the most kind and gentle heart, and not to mention is an amazing baker!
A few years back Leah went away to Australia to do YWAM which is a non-profit Christian missionary organization, and while she was there she met Mikhail. Although I don’t think it was love at first sight for Leah, Mikhail certainly had his eye on her.
Mikhail is a super talented musician (you can check out his stuff here), and wrote a song about her before they even started dating. It wasn’t too long after they started dating that they got engaged and then married here in Canada.
Their love story is one for the books, and below you can listen to the song that Mikhail wrote for Leah as you flicker through the moments captured of their perfect, romantic, and love filled wedding day.
